1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the ee99 website at ee99.bar, or by registering an account on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and ee99 (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the ee99 platform and must not register an account. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and access any services offered by ee99. This age requirement is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ee99 reserves the right to request official government-issued identification documents to verify your age at any time.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register a valid account on ee99, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of an ee99 employee.
• Not already hold an active or suspended account on the ee99 platform.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one account on ee99. Creating duplicate, secondary, or alternative accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts. All balances across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ee99 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ee99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ee99 immediately by contacting [email protected]. ee99 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ee99 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with standard offshore platform practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport, driving licence, or equivalent government-issued document — at the time of registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any other time deemed necessary by ee99 at its sole discretion.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your account is accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your details change — including your contact number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account information promptly. ee99 accepts no liability for failed communications or transactions arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ee99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

• Bank Transfer: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Sonali Bank, and other partnered Bangladeshi banks

ee99 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile banking. Specific minimums and maximums for each payment method are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically credited to your ee99 account balance within minutes of a successful transaction. ee99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the name on your payment method must match the name registered on your ee99 account. Any deposits received from mismatched sources will be returned and your account may be flagged for review.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) hours during peak operating hours (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals submitted outside peak hours will be processed the following business morning. ee99 may delay any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of a suspected policy breach.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the same account, and only to the same account holder. ee99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 Fees

ee99 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own service fees or transaction charges. ee99 accepts no responsibility for third-party fees applied by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

ee99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, daily reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of issue.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions vary per promotion and are stated in the relevant offer terms.
• A player may only claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

ee99 monitors all bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk or opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or using automated software to claim or wager bonuses. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance cancelled, its winnings forfeited, and may be permanently suspended.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on ee99 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other offered sports — are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute or ambiguity regarding an official result, ee99's decision shall be final.

ee99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect or erroneous price due to a technical or human error. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time during an event at ee99's discretion.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on ee99 — including those provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology and are subject to the rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentages published by the respective game providers. ee99 does not alter game mechanics.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or disconnection during a betting or gaming session, ee99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and reconstruct the state of play from server logs. However, ee99 cannot guarantee the recovery of any specific game state, and bets affected by confirmed technical failures may be voided at ee99's discretion. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ee99. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical aid to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities through the platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the ee99 support team or other players.
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the ee99 platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ee99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of ee99 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from any content on ee99 without the express prior written consent of the Platform. Unauthorised use of ee99's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ee99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial losses attributable to reliance on information provided on the platform.

ee99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform operates reliably and securely, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.

10. Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your ee99 account at any time by contacting the customer support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, ee99 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal balance to your registered payment method. Account closure requests may take up to five (5) business days to process fully.

10.2 Suspension or Termination by ee99

ee99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Violation of the one-account policy.
• Confirmed underage gambling.
• Player self-exclusion request submitted under responsible gaming provisions.

In cases of account suspension due to confirmed policy breach, ee99 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Balances in accounts closed due to confirmed fraud will be forfeited entirely.

11. Privacy and Data

12. Changes to These Terms

ee99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised. Where practicable, ee99 will notify registered players of significant changes via the email address associated with their account or via a notice on the platform.
